Sacred Cacao Recipe

Cacao recipe for during pregnancy and postpartum:

Ingredients:

• Water
• Raw Cacao Powder
• Molasses

For this specific recipe, I prefer molasses over honey because of its high iron content. However, you may add the sweetener of your choice as approved by your primary doctor.

Instructions:
Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil
• Add one tablespoon of raw cacao to the boiling water for each cup that will be consumed
• Mix well
• Add molasses to taste
• Set your intention of healing and wellbeing as you sip on your cacao
